What is your product warranty?
All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects for 365 days from the date of purchase. However, we may not be held liable for any misuse of our products. This warranty does not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, or damage due to shipping or packaging. Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects keeping original packaging until you have satisfactory results from your inspection.
Lebert Fitness® warranties the quality of our products against manufacturer’s defects. Product will, in most cases, be replaced in its entirety. Lebert Fitness® must be notified by email or phone (905-812-0555) within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Shipping and handling costs for the replacement will be covered by Lebert Fitness®.
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is only available in the continental USA and Canada. Orders are shipped within 48 hours. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Nunavut, North West Territories, Yukon or Military APO addresses, but if you have a shipping address within continental USA or Canada, please contacts firstname.lastname@example.org about placing an order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, however to maintain excellent customer service most of our orders are shipped within 2 hours of receipt of your order. Therefore, to cancel your order you must advise us within the 1 hour of placing your order during business hours, which are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm EST standard time. Cancellations may be may be subject to shipping and restocking fees, if :
- You cancel more than 1 hour after placing your order
- You notify us of cancellation after business hours
- You notify us of cancellation on Canadian Statutory Holidays
- You notify us of cancellation on weekends
- No refunds are provided for digital downloads and DVD purchases.
What will be the lead-time on my order?
Most orders should be shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.
How will my items be shipped?
Canada: Your items will be sent directly from our warehouse to you via the best possible method.
USA: Your items will be sent directly from our warehouse to you via UPS/USPS.
Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects keeping original packaging until you have satisfactory results from your inspection.
Will you provide me with tracking on my order?
For all online orders, will be provided a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being placed. Please check your Junk/Spam folder for an email with a tracking number as they are often sent through an automated system.
What is your return policy?
Restocking fee for the Lebert Equalizer®, Lebert Buddy System™, Lebert Parallettes and Lebert SRT Barbell™ is $28.00, and the Lebert Stretch Strap™ is $9.50. The customer is also responsible for shipping product back to our Canadian or US warehouse. Product must be returned in original packaging and received in good condition.
