Buying Online

What is your Warranty?

Lebert Fitness Inc warranties the quality of our products against manufacturer’s defects.  Product will, in most cases, be replaced in its entirety.  Notification must take place within 30 days of the customer receiving the product.  Shipping and handling costs for the replacement will be covered by Lebert Fitness.

Where do you ship to? 

Shipping is only available in the continental USA and Canada.  Please allow seven (7) business days for shipping.  USA orders will be shipped within 48 hours from our New York warehouse from receipt of order.  We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Nunavut, North West Territories, Yukon or Military APO addresses, but if you have a shipping address within continental USA or Canada, please contact info@lebertfitness.com about placing an order.

How much is shipping? 

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Lebert Buddy System $16.50 USD
Lebert Stretch Strap $11.50 USD

Can I cancel my order? 

You must cancel your order within two hours of placing it. Otherwise, we will need to handle your request using our return policy, as indicated below.

What will be the lead-time on my order?  

Most orders should be shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. 

How will my items be shipped?  

Your items will be sent directly from our warehouse to you via UPS. Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects keeping original packaging until you have satisfactory results from your inspection. 

Will you provide me with tracking on my order? 

For all online orders, UPS will provide you a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being placed. 

Do I get a warranty with my items?

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects for 365 days from the date of purchase. However, we may not be held liable for any misuse of our products. This warranty does not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, or damage due to shipping or packaging. Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects keeping original packaging until you have satisfactory results from your inspection.

Lebert Fitness must be notified by email or phone (905-785-0626) within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Shipping and handling costs for the replacement will be covered by Lebert Fitness.

What is your return policy? 

Restocking fee for Lebert Equalizer and Lebert Buddy System is $25.00, Lebert Stretch Strap is $8.50 plus customer is responsible for shipping product back to our Canadian or US warehouse.  Product must be returned in original packaging and received in good condition.  Please contact john@lebertfitness.com for further information.

Education & Training

What is a Lebert Fitness Master Trainer?

Lebert Fitness Master Trainers are an approved group of fitness professional that have the ability to deliver continuing education credits to potential attendees and have extensive experience with the Lebert Fitness products. 

Do you offer courses with Continuing Education Credits?

Yes, please review our list of current courses.

Can I host a course with a Lebert Fitness Master Trainer?

Yes.  Please contact Tracey Carr as many of our Master Trainers will travel to other locations.

Do I need to bring Lebert Fitness equipment to the course?

No. Equipment is provided at the course and is also available to purchase at a discounted rate.  Attendees should bring a water bottle, towel, extra shirt, lunch, and snacks.

Can I attend Lebert Fitness courses if I’m not a healthcare or fitness professional?

Yes. The courses are designed to teach all attendees how to effectively train themselves and others on the Lebert Fitness products. Although the additional knowledge is beneficial, Lebert Fitness courses are not limited to a specific profession. We can also run custom seminars designed around your specific requirements, such as “Lebert Fitness Youth Conditioning” or “Working out with a Buddy”. Please contact Tracey Carr.

Can I earn Continuing Education Credits from Lebert Fitness Education Courses?

Yes. Fitness professionals can earn CECs with the completion of a Lebert Fitness Education Course from the following organizations:  Can-Fit-Pro, Ontario Fitness Council (OFC), American Council on Exercise (ACE). Please check the Course Information for specifics on the number of CECs each organization provides for completion of each Lebert Fitness Education Course.

Are there Special Product discounts for course attendees?

Yes. Course attendees can purchase Lebert Fitness products for a limited time after the course at a special price.

How do I become a Lebert Fitness Master Trainer?

Lebert Fitness has an extensive instructor development process to uphold the quality of our education. Our online application form will be ready soon so watch for details.

What if I can’t find a course in my area?

Lebert Fitness partners with fitness facilities to provide courses throughout North America, as well as to expand education overseas. If you do not see a course in your area, continue to check the Lebert Fitness website, email Tracey Carr or consider hosting a course at your facility.

What is your course cancellation and refund policy?

There is a $25.00 cancellation fee.  However, if for any reason Lebert Fitness cancels the course, registrants will receive a complete refund.

Do you offer Lebert Fitness Master Trainer Courses Internationally?

Yes. We have International Education Distributors who have Lebert Fitness Master Trainer-approved Course Materials to deliver the same best-in-class education worldwide.  All courses will be posted on the Courses page on the website.
